What are the main responsibilities of your role at Lynch Wood Park?
My role is quite versatile on a day to day basis. Looking after tenants including contracts, security and events as well as general upkeep of the building including waste control, cleaning and landscaping. I’ve even become an elf at one of our Christmas events, so you never do know how your day will look.
How long have you worked at Lynch Wood Park for?
Just over a year now.
What’s the best thing about working at Lynch Wood Park?
The lovely environment, pleasant surroundings and facilities on offer. We host a number of events throughout the year and we’re lucky enough to have the grounds to be able to do this including open air cinema nights and summer fun days.
Do you have a fond/funny memory of your time at Lynch Wood Park?
My fondest moments are watching the Moorhen hatch-lings find their feet on the lake in Spring.

It’s a great place to work, it’s not just a 9-5 kind of place, there are seasonal events for staff, families and friends. There are fantastic facilities on site like the restaurant and it genuinely is an amazing building with beautiful landscaping.
What do you think makes Lynch Wood Park different?
There is no where else in Peterborough I would rather work. The dynamic nature of the on site team and tenants alongside the versatile nature of the job really make it a unique place for people to work in.
Can you describe Lynch Wood Park in 3 words?
Stunning, calming and fun.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I am a keen motorcyclist and I have an allotment to grow all my fruit and veg.
Can you tell us a little more about yourself?
I am a huge animal lover with three dogs, two cats, a snake and a tarantula. I’m married with two boys, aged 15 and 16 who keep me very busy, although never too busy to miss out on The Walking Dead.
